We always recommend that you physically check the items first before buying, but because of the pandemic. Online shopping is our preferred option. 

There are times that the prices in S&R are lower because of their promos. You should check them out as well. 

Delivery Details

They ship all items (except accessories) for free within Metro Manila, except spare parts and accessories. For outside of Metro Manila, we use JRS Express (prepaid) or AP Cargo (freight collect).

There are 3-5 working days for processing and delivery after payment confirmation. 

Provincial shipping could take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on location and courier.

Mode of Payment 

They accept the following modes of payment: Credit/Debit Card, GCash and BDO bank deposit/transfer. 

They do not accept COD, and they don’t have any installment scheme yet.  For installment options, it’s better to talk to your credit card company if they have deals.

Warranty of Baumann Living 

Baumann offers 1 yr limited warranty on parts and labors

they will repair or replace the defective part with a new or remanufactured part FREE OF CHARGE.

If your item is already out of warranty, you may still have it serviced, but labor and parts fees will apply.

Open Mon-Sat 9 am to 6 pm except for holidays.
